How do I determine the correct size for my life jacket or wetsuit?
We provide a comprehensive size chart on each product page. We recommend measuring your chest and waist while wearing the clothing you intend to use under your gear to ensure a secure yet comfortable fit for high-performance water sports.
What is your return policy for technical riding gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for safety reasons, gear that has been used in the water cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How long does shipping take for domestic and international orders?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by location but generally take 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
How should I care for my Jetpilot wetsuit to ensure it lasts?
Always rinse your wetsuit with fresh water after every use, especially after exposure to salt water or chlorine. Hang it to dry in the shade on a wide-shouldered hanger; avoid direct sunlight and never use a tumble dryer.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Jetpilot products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
